1. Overview

This Services and Goods Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between

Albury's Advanced Athletics LLC DBA The Grind Lab Tampa ("Provider") and any individual or entity

("Client") who engages in training services, purchases products, or utilizes any offerings from our

facility.

2. Services Offered

We offer professional baseball and athletic training services including private/group training, team

evaluations, facility rentals, and clinics.

3. Goods Offered

We sell training equipment, apparel, and branded merchandise. Availability may vary.4. Booking & Payment Terms

All sessions must be prepaid unless a monthly plan is in place. Accepted payments include card,

cash, and mobile methods. No-shows and late arrivals over 15 minutes forfeit the session.

Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for credit. Last-minute cancellations forfeit the

session. Refunds are only issued for unused, unopened products returned within 7 days.

6. Waiver of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By participating, you release The Grind Lab Tampa,

its affiliates, and staff from liability related to injuries or illness.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients must respect staff, facilities, and peers. We reserve the right to remove disruptive individuals

without refund.

8. Photography & Media Release

We may capture photos/videos for promotion. Participation implies consent unless a written opt-out

is submitted.

9. Modifications

We may update this agreement at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
